Founded in 1989, Shoalhaven Hot Water & Heating (formerly Shoalhaven Hot Water & Elements) is a trusted household name in the Shoalhaven on the beautiful south coast of NSW and has grown to become one of the major hot water and solar retailers in the area.

In 2017, Glen and Courtney Flint took ownership of the business and have looked to inspire growth and development, whilst still maintaining the core values and structures that were established when the company was first created.
Glen is a qualified electrician and plumber, and has a background in project management. His wealth of knowledge and passion for his work ensure that the service you receive will be of the highest quality. Courtney, a former high school teacher, works a lot behind the scenes supporting the day to day runnings of the business, whilst also coordinating five children (with triplets in the mix!). This is very much a family business and these values filter through into how the business operates.
Our philosophy
Our work is guided by the belief that the customer deserves to be supported in making sustainable, economic choices when it comes to their heating and hot water needs. Our philosophy, combined with a passion for assisting customers in making informed choices, facilitates everything we do. We pride ourselves on being honest and providing the best possible outcome for the customer.
We operate from our showroom and warehouse on the Princes Highway at South Nowra. We service and operate anywhere from Kiama in the north to Batemans Bay in the south, and extend to the Kangaroo Valley area.
We sell, service and maintain an extensive range of electric, gas and solar hot water products, and our knowledge and services are up-to-date on the latest changes in the industry. We have also extended our fireplace range and offerings over the last few years. We are the south coast distributor for Jetmaster Fireplace, Heat n Glo Fireplaces, Kemlan Fireplaces and Rinnai Gas Fireplaces.
With our team of licensed plumbers, electricians and gas fitters, and our powerhouse team in the office, Shoalhaven Hot Water & Heating is a ‘one stop shop’ for all services and installations.
