On Friday 23 December 2022 we noticed water leaking from the tap on our solar hot water service. A call to SHW&E had two technicians arrive that morning to fix the leak. They couldn't have provided better or more timely service, straight after major work at another site and immediately before they could go on Christmas leave. As an older couple, we are very appreciative of the care we received both from the technicians and the office staff at SHW&E. Thank you.
